I can only go by what the documentation I found by Googling says ... at http://www.lg.com/africa_en/notebooks/lg-R380: "System Memory: DDR2 1GB(800)*2" - which would lead me to believe that that PC would take two of these 2GB DDR2 memory modules. (By the way, if you want to make that PC really fast(er), I would also recommend replacing the hard disk with a Samsung 840 EVO-Series Solid State Drive - they come in different storage capacities, incl. 250 GB for probably the best cost-per-GB ratio.)
