For the price, it's a deal. The resistance bands offer additional or alternative training when at home. Used correctly can enhance the calisthenics aspect of body building. Caution also required as the bands can exert forces through negative resistance that can stress ligaments and tendons. Richard

I needed to get something to work on a rotator cuff issue and settled on trying this set. It comes with two handles and an over-the-door anchor and has 4 bands with different levels of resistance. I've only used it a couple times so can't really comments on the longevity of the product but is fine for what I need and the price is right. I do recommend it. I'll likely use the bands for a regular workout after I fix my cuff issues and since it came with workout diagrams the transition should be easy.

So I thought that these would be wider and thinner but I guess that's a strap? Either way these bands are very nice. So far they have not popped, this happened to my last one, they appear to be of high quality especially for the price. They have lots of band resistance options. I have a hard time with the lowest band. Absolutely love that they come with a carry bag and a big chart that I was able to put on the wall for easy reference. The chart shows all types of exercises and help to make the band very functional and help ensure you'll use them. I will likely keep the chart for a long long time. All together this is a really great buy.

I like them a lot but I’ll say the strongest one still isn’t quite strong enough in my opinion. I’m a small to medium sized person and can almost do a pull up and even the strongest one barely gets me to the full pull up. But nothing wrong with the product itself; I just feel it’s a bit limiting.

I am a competitive Masters Powerlifter and we use bands on a lot of exercises and equipment for added resistance. These serve us well, and are at a great price. I no longer invest on "name brand" bands or because some celebrity endorses them. They break and fray more often tha generic one. Great buy and deal. Tough bands that last

Great product. Comes will poster size instructions for a wide variety of exercises. All items can be placed in the bag and taken anywhere for a good workout. I have arthritis in my hands so hold weights is difficult. These are a great alternative that I can use without having to worry about dropping them.
