You can purchase. No regret. Works great. 4 room 1 big lobby & 1 kitchen total covered area 1600 sqft cleans in 20 minutes. Mopping is better than human efficiency. In kitchen it is wonder & tackle any mess in just 2 minutes & whole kitchen floor sparklingly shine. 2 ltr water does the job decently done, you just need to refill water twice in whole house. Provision of dirty water in separate tank. As far 50 days went & mopping roller is in good position & it looks it will work more 130 days. I also have debot N8 Pro vacuum robot but believe it is great addition to that. Go for it. It is easy to operate

Writing this review after a few months of purchase. Happy with the product as it comes with a lot attachments which are of great use to keep the house spotless. Must say that it is less noisy making it suitable for pet parents and the suction power is so solid that even big particles smoothly sucked in. Wet and dry vaccum with this price make it a suitable option for those who can't afford dyson products... Only drawback I feel is that the lack of service centres in our area. If you could work on that, Nothing could beat this product...

While the product is good, but it stopped working in 2-3 months (E1 error). Seems to be design flaw.. what sucks more is the customer support. I gave my machine for repair(under warranty) & it's been more than 20 days the customer service team doesn't have any info when I will get the machine back. They read out standard scripted message stating they will escalate, personally look into the case, and wait fo5 24-48 hrs. But no response post that. If you call on helpline you will get the same message every time..So buy with lot of thought on after sales support which clearly sucks in my case...

You get four in one and it’s easy to install and use. Because it is both wet and dry cleaning the cleaning has been optimised. Fair price for the product. I have a 14H pro as well and that one is even better, but can’t be purchased in India, yet.

This is the best product that I purchased in 2024 from amazon. This can clean almost anything on the floor. The auto suction power and smart sense is really good. have used it for more than a month now and I am truly satisfied with the outcome. The price although a little steep, it was worth it.For those who do not like to read instructions thoroughly, ensure when there is water in vacuum storage, ensure you do not recline the vacuum more than 140° - the used water may flow into the motor

This is another excellent product. Deliver 100% on whatever they claimed on product. I am using it for almost a month. It's best bet in India. Roller get dried completely unlike other brands on Amazon India. I tested Bisell, Tineco.Literally no maid needed, even while taking a call you can just run through this daily hygiene routine.

Don't buy!!!!Bad product...within 3 months of purchase, it started releasing more water than needed during wet mopping, could not clean it properly and left the floor wet with watermarks.Worst service!!!When I raised a ticket with their tech support, they took more than 2 weeks to collect the appliance, that too with multiple follow-up.The SR was raised in June first week and was delayed saying the part is stuck with customs, will come from China..etc. Sometimes they say the part is not available, at time they don't know when it will come...all sort of reasons but no ETA.I am writing this review after patiently waiting for almost 6+ weeks since the appliance SR was raised. It has not been repaired nor are they ready to refund the money.I would suggest the Dreame management to stop selling product until you have a good tech/engineering support or a good product to sell.Pls refund my money. SR is still open.Amazon team, pls take the accountability of the case and help me get the refund since it is under warranty.
