OMG!!! I took this scalp massager right out of the box, turned it on immediately, and used it right through the scarf I was wearing. This is hands down the best scalp massager I’ve ever used.Unlike my previous scalp massager, which only vibrated, this one actually kneads the scalp and provides a really good amount of pressure. The massage feels incredible, and I even started using it on my neck because it felt that good.It also has a red light feature. While I already own a dedicated red light therapy device and can’t speak to its effectiveness, I did notice that it provides a gentle warmth. I also love that it’s rechargeable.After trying this, I immediately threw away my old scalp massager this little gadget is the truth!

I have been struggling with major tension from my scalp inflammation. Nothing I did, or used would help ease the inflammation and pain I was experiencing on a daily basis. I bought this device thinking “just another item” UNTIL I used it and wow! It’s absolutely amazing! It has a low/high power setting option along with red light for heat. It does not tangle your hair one bit! After using it, my migraine had went away within 15 mins or so. It’s easy to hold with the handle and simple with just one button for all. Oil or no oil it will help soothe your scalp and release tension as well as create more blood flow to your scalp. Thankful I gave this a try!

This tool is wonderful way to release stress. I use this every evening to massage my scalp and relieve tension. It does not tangle hair and is great as part of your nightly routine. I highly recommend.

As a scalp massager this is ok. It's comfortable. Very light relaxation and it's very smooth almost like a hairbrush. But where this shines is as a face massager. This thing is like magic on the face and ears. The material is super soft, which makes it ideal to be used in any delicate place on the body where a heavy massage would likely hurt. I have a massage gun that can't be used one the face and classical because it's tie strong. This is perfect for those places. The heat is also a really nice touch which adds to the relaxation.Also, the battery life is surprisingly good and the product itself is very sturdy. Charging is super simple as well.So if you want just a scalp massager, honestly there's probably better options. But if you want something that can be used on your face, neck clavicle, and other more sensitive areas on the body this is for you. And it also gives a decent head massage.

If you're looking for a quality scalp massager, I would definitely recommend it.

::EDIT::Customer service did reach out (rather quickly I must add) and I appreciate their concern and resolution with the issue I had. They did recommend not leaving the massager in one spot for too long and to move it around slowly. I definitely let it linger on certain parts so that very well may have been my issue. I suggested they add these notes to the manual / instructions and they forwarded that feedback so hopefully this doesn't happen to others. That said, maybe don't keep it in one area for too long. I want to reiterate that the product felt really great until I noticed the damaged hairs.THIS RIPPED MY BABY HAIRS OFF.I wanted so badly to love this product. I was beyond excited. I got this for myself for mother's day and I even ordered one for my mom. I used it on dry hair and left it on the 10 minute timer. I thought "this feels sooooo good, I can't wait to leave a positive review and tell all my friends about this" it really didn't feel like it was tugging beyond the occasional "snag" feeling. And then the timer shut off and I went to go and put my hair back up in a pony tail and I noticed ALL of my baby hairs looked like they were fried off. It looks like a child cut the hair on a barbie too close to the scalp. This is 5+ years of growth down the toilet in 10 minutes. It must have been tangling and snapping the ends off my hair and I didn't realize until it was too late. :'( I do not use heat or treat my hair at all so they're not brittle, either. I called my mom to warn her not to use it and sadly she already used it in the shower on wet hair and said she could feel it pulling her hair out and she stopped before any damage occurred. I'm so upset! Now I have to gel my baby hairs down until they grow back out.I thought about keeping it to use as a back scratcher but I feel so disappointed and was really wanting it for scalp massages. I'm going to return it, but such a bummer.

Great little tool. Doesn’t seem to have too long of a battery life but charges up fairly quickly.It’s really easy to use myself on my neck and scalp, i’m hoping it helps with hair growth, not had it long enough to notice a difference yet.3 different settings, slow, faster and the third setting is a mixture of the both
