I don't know what it is about my anatomy, but even seamless leggings give me camel toe. I tried different thong underwear, panty liners, and all the other tips you see online but none of those techniques provided a complete solution. But this thing really helps. It's basically like one of those stick on bras; it's a small silicone disc that you stick directly on your lady parts. I will just say you don't have to be 100% smooth for it to work. I've been using this thing almost daily for a week of workouts with no issues. I wear it under a thong and with leggings, so the combo of compressive garments keeps it in place. It's not visible at all. It came with a little storage case so when I'm ready to take it off, I just wash it off with mild soap and water and put it in its case to dry.
