This was a gift for my daughter who is looking forward to receiving this. However to my surprise it was looking like this, almost as if used already. Stanley is a well established brand and I do not expect to receive their items in such a battered condition. Her birthday is on Wednesday and I’ll never be able to get a new one in time especially with the cost of living crisis we are facing. As a result I will have nothing to present to my child due to this disaster. I must say this has really disheartened me!

It's really efficient to use this tumbler for busy day. It kept the temperature almost all day.
