This should be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the fact that the item, although new, came in a used box, with 5 dfferent second hand instructional booklets mindlessly thrown in and a US mains plug that I had to use an adapter with! The trimmer itself works like a hot knife through butter! I have very mature hedges with thick stems and it eats it up like it's not there. Very sturdy, light enough and frankly puts my petrol trimmer to shame, as that always got jammed up due to the hedging. Makes light work of any job - highly recommend the product. Just a shame about the thoughtless packaging and US plug.
