This stuff is just magic!! Cured an addiction to Sudafed in just a couple of uses ! Really incredible stuff!

Best nasal rinse ever used many but this is the only one that has released the mucus in my throat and addressed my post nasal drip

Tried saline solution first,found it helpful but not long lasting. This works better for me effects last longer.

I've had sinus issues for a long time and even post-sinus surgery still use the Neilmed rinse from time to time - particularly in the spring. The xylitol packets seem to be more effective at both quickly clearing my sinuses but also leaving them moisturized. I was purchasing a competitor clear product previously, but these are more readily available, more comfortable and still seem to be just as effective. I'd highly recommend this to anyone with sinus or allergy issues that they want to clear up fast

Flushing 3 times/day cleared my annual sinus infection without irritation, after about 10 days of use. Great product!

The taste was strange at first because it is salty and sweet but I adjusted. It really helps keep my sinuses from drying out so fast, that is why I switched from regular saline. Give it a few extra minutes to dissolve. Good value for the money.
