Didn’t know what to expect when purchasing it but it’s sturdy to the core. The belt inside helps me a bit to get back to place which I love about it. I think taller people may have an issue cause the belt caps out. I’m 5’8 just FYI. Great product!

This Ab roller is idea if you’re a larger build individual. The wheel size makes all the difference. I’ve tried rollers with smaller wheels and had issues with the design. The lager wheel size may not be important to average size individuals. Also the construction is excellent with fluid rolling and recoil during my workout. If detail isn’t a concern then any other ab roller is sufficient. But if you require a solid design and a true workhorse roller this is idea.

This AB roller works well, and the handles are tapered do they are easy to hold on to.

It’s able to support my weight and isn’t wobbly. I use it twice a week and I’ve noticed I’m building fire strength. I’m able to go further down the more I use it.

Best I've had. It helps that it's wider and it has a lock on it so you won't go out to far and fall.

I was really hesitant about ordering this roller. Having resistance on the return of the roller seemed to be counter-productive. After all, the return movement is very important in strengthening your abdominals. I was intrigued, so I ordered it and I’m glad I did. It is probably overkill for an ab roller, but I have to say that I do like the size of it, the stability of it, and the “spring-back” return. It is very slight. It doesn’t let you cheat your way back to the start position. It just gives you a little extra help getting the movement going. If you’re somebody with a six pack I don’t think you’re going to want this. But I have had a couple of abdominal surgeries in the past, so I am cautious about putting too much strain on the abs when I’m working my core. This is a great choice for me. The extra wide wheel keeps things stable. I can roll to the sides more easily than with a standard roller. And I get a great ab workout without feeling like I could possibly be injuring myself. The ergonomic handles are also a great feature. So, if you’re at all like me I think you’ll like this ab roller.

I've now been using this for almost 1.5 months to combat the sedentary lifestyle I've adopted from working at home due to COVID. Every hour I try to get up and away from my computer and do some sort of exercise (no matter how small), to get the blood pumping and work my core. I was having back issues from sitting all day. This little puppy is awesome for my intended purposes. It's compact, feels sturdy, has appropriate resistance and...much more, I FEEL my abs (they're under there somewhere!). My husband even liked it so much that we started having contests - the most rolls per day wins! Highly recommended...
