Amazing!!!
Literally night and day difference! Before getting this filter I only had 2 sponge filters for my 55 gallon aquarium, the water was really really cloudy after adding fish and letting it sit for or week or so. The cloudiness would just not go away, I tried adding water clarifier but that didn’t do anything. But after buying the extra large filter it cleared up with in two days. Setting up and starting was super easy to do ! I did have a user error where I forgot to turn on the inner light so it wasn’t working at its full capacity but after that it made my water crystal clear!! It’s also super quiet and was a perfect size my cabinet. It’s been a few weeks now and it’s still keeping up! Would 100% recommend this product!!!!

Motor failed way too soon
I bought this filter about a month and a half ago for my turtle tank, and unfortunately the motor has already completely stopped working. It ran fine at first, but didn’t last nearly as long as expected.For something that’s supposed to handle a turtle tank (which we all know can get messy), I really needed something durable and reliable. Having it fail this quickly is really disappointing, especially considering the price.I wouldn’t recommend this filter if you’re looking for something long-term or dependable for turtles.

work great for the price look forward to my next purchase of 2 more also looking for a 660gph amosljoy after buying this 396gph it cleans water great uv function works well also strong water flow when packed with foam and media adjustment leaver works well also haven't noticed high noise level

UV bulb housing is broken, pump is weak and loud
Arrived broken. I cant use this. Absolutely awful. Quiet? This thing is LOUD! Not to mention extremely weak as its barely pulling any water in. I had to macguyver the UV bulb housing together with aquarium silicone.Do yourself a favor and BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

Worked great when I 1st got it and now it stopped working. And i don’t know what to do without having to spend more money for another canister. I have a turtle and with it not working it’s horrible!It works for a little after I clean the canister then it just stops water flow. So it’s not cleaning the tank and it get dirty and smell horrible!
