I've been wanting a set like this for a while, but don't like anything that is "As Seen on TV". They always turn out to be terrible products, with extremely high prices, and shipping & handling costs. This product is similar to those, but everything in included in a single package, no addons. There are basically 2 cutting types, 1) Press cut, and 2) Slice cut, where each has it's own base plate that fits over the bin.The blades snap into place and are fixed. There is a large and a small press cut blade, along with 4 slice cut blades. There is a thick and a thin slice cut blade for 2 different thicknesses of cut. There is also a waffle blade for waffle cutting, where you need to rotate the food 90 degrees after each cut to create the waffle pattern. Otherwise, it just creates a wavy pattern. The other 3 blades are for Julien cutting, large grating, and smaller grating. The smaller grating is 100% plastic, so it will probably wear out at some time. All of the metal blades can be honed, but it would take a bit of work to do so.The last 2 tools are a peeler and a cleaning tool. The cleaning tool will help with the removal of food from the blades while cleaning, and can be used during food processing as well. The nicest thing about this entire set is that it is extremely easy to clean, even by just spraying it with hot water. The blue grid is for removing food between multiple uses, and it does a superb job.I really like this set, and will be using whenever I can. If this interests you, I can definitely recommend it.

We've been buying vegetable choppers and slicers for decades, usually at least one every 10 years or so when the prior one wears out. This one is unexpectedly the most complete one we've ever got. The components are designed to be modular so you can snap blades in and out and can remove parts that need cleaning easily. Very thoughtful design on the cleaning angle, the best I've run across.I was able to chop baby carrots using the finer screen, which is something I could not do with the last one we had that was more expensive (destroyed the screen). I'll probably store our OXO chopper that only has one screen and our mandolin slicer and just use this since it covers all that and more.I appreciated that the bin the chopped food goes into had a rubber gasket that ran around the bottom so the bin doesn't slip on the counter when it's being used. I do have a concern that the bin itself is a little too thin, our OXO one has thicker-feeling plastic. But if there's a problem, I'll update the review.Overall, I would say this is a surprisingly complete and capable vegetable processing unit. Can recommend.

I've wanted one of these for years but was scared away by bad the reviews of other brands. This one has been great for me so far. I've had it for a couple of months and use it at least once a week. The device is solidly built and can be taken apart so that all the pieces that touch food can be loaded into the dishwasher. The blue grate cleaner is a very helpful solution for cleaning between the posts in the lid. I like how everything fits together and locks into place. I had no trouble chopping any vegetable that my recipe called for. It is a time saver, works great, and is easy to clean. I'm glad I finally got one of these.

This chopper makes my meal prepping time so much shorter! It also chops my fruits and vegetables better than I do. There are many different slicers that fit anything you need to cut or grade.I love the container that collects all your finely chopped pieces and how easily it is to clean each tool. I highly recommend this kitchen gadget!

This is a great time-saver in the kitchen and it seems as if it will be a staple in the food prep drawer. Here are some of the observations I've had while using this item:1.) This dices vegetables very well. Even dense vegetables are pretty easy to push through.2.) The container is large holds plenty of diced vegetables.3.) The spiralizer probably won't be used a whole lot, but it's a nice addition.4.) Stainless is a good choice for the blades.5.) The overall quality seems to be quite good.6.) It is easy to insert and remove the dicing blades.7.) The grid on the top is also easy to remove and clean.I can see this being used often and will likely lead to the retirement of other kitchen utensils. If you dice vegetables often, I recommend this item.
