Good for PCOS
I have been using this for the past year. It has worked very well for my pcos symptoms. It helped clear up my hormonal acne completely (of course I focused on nutrition too). This also reduced my food noise and cravings.

After 2 months of using it!
Iโve been taking it for almost 2 months now. I got my periods 6 days after taking it, but OH BOY IT WAS A BRUTAL ONE. Too much pain as my hormones were getting balanced. Then got another period on exact date with is usually very rare for me as Iโve never gotten regular periods. But but, my stomach got sensitive overtime and my stomach gets really upset now whenever I use this so :( i had to stop using it. And when i stopped, i got periods only after 14 days so not sure if it happened bc I stopped using it.

It really helped me with hormones balance!! Yeah you need to be consistent with your diet and regular walk or exercises. You can also add spearmint capsules/tea with this.

Not so good but not that bad
I am taking this supplement for more than 3 months and to be honest my period cycle isn't getting better at all I hadn't have my periods in 4 months I have a lot of acne marks but my digestion is quite better now and junk cravings also so I am giving it a try for maybe 1 and 2 months more hope so it'll get better

Overall, Value for money
I have used other brands of inositol supplements. The ingredient list is what i was looking for as it is effective for me. But trying Biotrex for the first time, I hope it will give positive results. Quality looks good to me. The price is also quiet reasonable. Packaging is perfect. It doesn't taste much before you gulp it. I take one tab 10 mins after 2 meals per day. So 2 pills each day. The content is the 40:1 ratio of vitamin which is an effective proportion.

I take it for a month and it really works. I feel improvement in my hormones imbalance. And feeling little less stressed, light. Tablet build quality is good. Coated. Size is to large to swallow but it works in our health. I will definitely continue this product
