Great Overall Multivitamin!
Great Multivitamin, I feel more recovered and more nourished after my first 30 days. Great dosages, there isn't much of a taste, which is good, the value is great IMO, they feel good with the texture being soft. I know all of my cells and fibers are enjoying the added micronutrients, I definitely recommend!

Never had a multivitamin boost energy level and focus. Says to take morning and evening, I only take in the am, worried I won't be able to sleep if taking in the evening.

Ok multivitamin with egregious dosage requirement
As far as the actual vitamins go, these are pretty typical. Large cellulose capsule, slight earthy taste, needs a big gulp of water to swallow. No issues there. But the required dosage as listed is absurd. 3 capsules twice a day! 6 capsules just to get the listed vitamin count. Meaning that 180 vitamins will only last you 30 days. This seems like an absurd amount of capsules to me since most other vitamins only require 2-3 per day, if not 1.

A trusted brand with the correct dosage for active people
There is no way you can get the correct dosage in a multi vitamin with just one pill. Three pills twice a day is a lot. If you are not as active dial it back. Instead of taking forty on there own try these. You will feel much younger and more vibrant.
