I love this combo. I now have 4 sets for the various places I work. I've had really good luck with battery life and functionality!

This keyboard/mouse combo is horrible
I have never received as terrible a piece of equipment as this combo. The system refused to sync to my computer and would not work. The packaging was horrible, and it did not come in the box advertised or the directions except a stupid diagram inside the inner box which was ridiculous. I am totally disappointed especially when it took over a week to be delivered.

Simply Broken
The media could not be loaded. M720 & K850 product was advertised as "excellent condition" and yet the mouse scroll wheel was broken, nonfunctional left/right wheel select. Waited two week, willing to try lightly used equipment, never again.
