These are brilliant. Am on my third batch now. Have helped stabilises my PCOS symptoms. I find it difficult to swallow tablets so this is a tasty, chewy alternative. I love the taste and texture so it makes it a brilliant and delicious way to take your supplements.

effectiveness
i was abit sceptical at first since ive tried many different products similar to this and they never worked. This was going to be fhe last product i tried for my pcos and thankfully it worked. Its a great value for money as ive made a subscription. It does take around 2-3 months to see any sort of improvement. Its helped with my energy levels, slowed down my facial hair growth and theyre easy to consume. It may not work for everyone but id recommend trying it out as you never know.

Not enough to make a difference
Not really a fan of these. I am not super keen on the taste or the texture. I wish I had done more research before purchasing because they don't have much in them to make a real difference apparently. I won't buy them again. They are expensive too. But easy to swallow and use I suppose.
