Should fit fine. I can fit up to 3 in there with the ice pack provided, but one pen lasts about a month so really carry 1. Height should be no problem. If it doesn't, it's easy enough to return. I have ordered many others that have failed epically. This sweetheart has the freezer pack (bio gel) and the cool water pack, it came with a thermometer too.
