This is a well-formulated supplement that focuses specifically on fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K), along with carotenoids, which I appreciate since these are often overlooked or taken separately. It’s nice to have them combined into one product for convenience and more comprehensive support. These are also gluten-free and non-GMO however, if you’re vegan, I would hesitate before taking these. It does states that these are “liquid veg capsules “but that’s very unclear to me. I hope that it means these that the gelatin is not sourced from cattle. But it does not strictly say that. It also does not say that they’re vegan anywhere on the label. It does say that they are free of milk, egg, peanuts, crustaceans, and shellfish, soy, free, nuts, wheat, yeast, gluten, sesame, and GMO‘s. I really do appreciate that part of it, but because it does not say these are vegan I would not chance it. It also does not indicate they are made in the USA, which is nearly always a dealbreaker for me. It does say that they are distributed in the USA, but that doesn’t tell me anything about the country of origin. That’s partly why I give this only four stars. The capsules are a manageable size and easy to swallow, and I didn’t experience any unpleasant taste or digestive issues while taking them. It feels like a clean, thoughtfully designed formula rather than something overly padded with unnecessary ingredients. Because these are fat-soluble vitamins, you do need to remember to take them with food for proper absorption. I am doing OMAD, and have a particular focus on only being able to eat within a certain window of time every day, what’s kind of throws me off. I wasn’t aware that these had to be taken with food necessarily, but I have adapted my routine. Also, if you’re already taking a multivitamin or additional supplements, it’s worth double-checking your intake so you’re not overdoing it on certain vitamins. My only minor hesitation is the price point compared to similar options, but the formulation does seem much cleaner and higher quality than many basic blends. Overall, a solid supplement and a convenient way to support overall wellness, just with a bit of mindfulness around how and when you take it.

Probably the most robust fat soluble supplement in the market today. It did not have any undesired effects when taken with food. Expensive but I believe proper research and quality is going to make a product bit expensive and is worth it.

I really struggled with that at first, but I stuck with it and I'm glad I did. This product has made a huge difference in my energy levels, vision, and overall well-being. I just feel better and you can't put a price on that. Once you get past the fish smell and taste, it really is a great fat soluble vitamin combination. If I bought all of these individually, it would be a lot more expensive, so I'm grateful for this inexpensive multi.

In my opinion, this formula and its accompanying cost seem to reflect a product that a doctor might suggest or prescribe to a patient who is deficient in any of these nutrients or has specific health conditions. This formula makes me realize that combining fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins in a single multivitamin pill or capsule may hinder proper absorption in the body. I think it is a good idea to create a supplement that contains only fat-soluble vitamins if it will enhance their availability and absorption. It would be nice to have a complementary supplement that focuses solely on water-soluble nutrients, such as the B complex and vitamin C. Initially, I thought the price of $50 for a 30-day supply was too high. However, when I consider the cost of all the individual supplements I would need to take to obtain these beneficial fat-soluble nutrients, including omega-3s, it may not be as unreasonable. One downside to this supplement is that the pills are large, which may make them difficult for some people to swallow, as is common with many fat-soluble supplements.
