This is such a delicious option! I made several charcuterie boards with this specific product, and it was always the star of the board! I can’t recommend this enough.. it’s delicious. Not excessively fatty, and not overbearing garlicky either. Great quality.

Enjoy every flavor. Great for a social gathering or to eat alone as a snack. Have never been disappointed in this product. I usually purchase them when visiting California at the local farmers market. Foustman has a stand and you can taste test them. Shelf life 1 year just refrigerate after opening. I do pay more when I purchase from Amazon but it’s better than stuffing your suitcase.

Tasty lamb salami! I got both the garlic and rosemary/fennel flavors for my family and me!

I've been looking for ever for a salami that isn't made with pork and this Lamb salami absolutely fulfilled that desire. It's absolutely delicious. Pairs great with sharp cheese.

Love the garlic lamb. Rosemary lamb not so much. I’ve tried several of these and liked them all. Beef is very good. I gifted a few of the hot ones. They were a hit. Be careful ordering one in extreme heat. One of the beef salamis was oily from high temps I think. *****

OK.. I like salami! But this lamb salami was not good. Way too much fatty taste/ aftertaste upon eating. I have had other salamis from this company that I like, but I will pass on this one. Ate some, and threw the rest away. Not unhappy about my order, I knew lamb salami was a bit different (and, from another company, I have had very good duck salami). But, from these guys, I would stick to the pork variety (which is quite good).
