I couldn’t be happier with this ice maker! From the moment it was installed, it has exceeded all expectations. It makes steady stream of clean ice, way more than I expected, and keeps up easily even during our busiest hours. We’ve never run out, which is a huge relief for our cafe. The under counter design is a lifesaver. It fits perfectly, saves space, and looks great! The ice cubes themselves are consistently solid and clear, not small clumps or half formed pieces like cheaper ice makers I’ve tried before. Another thing I appreciate is how quiet it runs. Even in a small space, we barely notice it working, which is amazing compared to other ice makers that sound like a jackhammer. Cleaning and maintenance are also straightforward, with easy to remove pieces and helpful instructions. If you’re running a restaurant, bar, office, or home kitchen and need something reliable that you’re not constantly refilling, this ice maker is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

It worked great for 6 months, then stopped working.

Very nice unit, installation instructions was limited. It produces and produces! It is a bit loud when producing but other than that, it doesn't let you down when you have family or friends over and you need alot of ice. It is quiet when it isn't producing.

I bought this ice maker for home use because my family goes through a lot of ice every day. It has been very practical since it produces a good amount of ice in a reasonable time, and we no longer depend on the freezer trays. The size is convenient to place under the counter and it doesn’t take up too much space. The stainless steel design looks clean and matches well with the kitchen. It’s not completely silent, but the noise level is normal and not excessive. For home use, it works very well. I also think it could be a good option for a small business like a food truck, small café, or mini bar, as long as the demand isn’t extremely high all day. Overall, it’s a functional choice if you want convenience at home and something that can handle a bit more frequent use.

We're getting ready for summer; we have a pool and lots of people visit us. The problem is always getting enough ice for drinks. I saw this ice maker at a neighbor's house and we loved it! It makes the perfect amount of ice for any party we want to have. Plus, the design and quality are beautiful. My patio looks gorgeous with this ice maker; I love it!

Absolutely worthless. Stops making ice at random intervals and the only way to get it to reset is to unplug it and plug it back in. That's a lot of work when the outlet is behind it under the counter. This thing is so loud it's ridiculous. It sounds like a dishwasher from 1985 trying to run. The old WHIRLPOOL ice maker is completely quit compared to this. The fans are so annoying. Absolute JUNK! DO NOT BUY

Great product, well packaged, easy to follow instructions with easy set up. Priced right. Ice has adjustable thickness. As an ice muncher, I love it. Recommend

Easy to install and makes ice quickly. The gravity drain gave me some pause to ensure the discharge and the drain line stayed on a slope towards the floor drain as I pushed it under the cabinet. There is no on/off button which would be nice as to completely turn off, one must pull the unit out and unplug which is not too practical. That said, this is much better than a more expensive Thor that went out on us, but it never made the volume of ice this one does. Much better bang for the buck.
