Tastes good, makes the coffee slightly richer in flavor. I may have noticed mental sharpness but that might be placebo. However I have had a super immune system since using this plus other mary Ruth’s vitamins

I’ve been a fan of MaryRuth’s supplements for a while now. I take their liquid multivitamin every morning. So I was interested in seeing this new product released by the MaryRuth’s brand… It’s an excellent source of the Cordyceps mushroom. It’s great that this comes as a liposomal formula, which means you get higher quality & faster absorption of the nutrients. I like that this product is also certified organic by the USDA. You won’t find any artificial colors or ingredients here! The flavor is called "maple spice". It has an okay taste, I’m not really a fan. This is something that I just swallow quickly so that I don't have to savor the taste very much. *You’ll want to store the bottle in the refrigerator after opening. Also every time you take it, you’ll want to shake the bottle again to make sure the oils are well-blended.

Thought this would be better as I buy a lot of Mary Ruth's products. I thought this would be in dropper form. The taste, smell and thickness made it impossible to take. I normally buy my cordyceps from Canada so I thought I'd try the Mary Ruth's, disappointed this time.

*Updated after using the whole bottle! I've discovered if you add this to your coffee or chai tea with a few other items it's delicious! I'm trying to avoid processed sugar and sugar in general so this was my go to items that made this product soooo good! Different items that made it perfect: Maple syrup Xylitol Pinch of Himalayan salt Butter Your choice of creamer but I really enjoyed Coconut milk powder Not a huge fan of the flavor alone in my coffee or tea. I'll update when I find a good complimentary recipe. This company is very reputable and affordable so I was happy to test this out but a bit underwhelming as far as taste goes.

I’ve recently started using the Organic Cordyceps Mushroom Supplement by MaryRuth's and I’m still in the early stages of trying it out. The supplement comes in a liquid form, which I find convenient and easy to take. I like that it’s USDA Organic and vegan, as I try to avoid synthetic ingredients and prefer plant-based products. The liposomal formula is designed for ultra absorption, which is great since it helps maximize the effectiveness of the active ingredients. Each serving provides 200mg of Beta-Glucans, which are known for their potential health benefits, though I haven’t noticed significant results yet. I ordered two bottles thinking I wouldn't mind the taste since I've gotten other Mary Ruths products and never had a problem, but boy was I wrong. I gag every time I try to take it. I can't even return the unopened bottle, I've just got to throw it away. What a waste, I don't recommend this product at all. ***Update the company reached out to me and offer a full refund. Mary Ruths company is top notch when it comes to it's customers.***

We love Mary Ruth's! Excellent ingredients and company. This was our first time trying mushroom, and we were pleasantly surprised! We liked that it's more syrupy in nature, easily disguisable on top of pancakes (esp with regular syrup added). We've put it into smoothies, too, and didn't notice much altering of flavor.
