I sometimes have trouble with my breathing at night, so I got this to help me breathe properly. It is comfortable and I am hardly aware that I am wearing it. It is easy to clean and is very helpful. At ยฃ21.50 at the time of this review, I feel is a bit on the pricey side.

Comfortable and effective for retaining cartilage shaping after rhinoplasty or septoplasty
I had revision septoplasty/rhinoplasty in December. I found these retainers and decided to give them a try. I am sooooo glad I did! I wore it most of the day for the first few weeks and now I wear it every night. Very comfortable and it has definitely helped the cartilage retain the intended shape rather than collapsing like before. I highly recommend this retainer for anyone who has gone through septoplasty or rhinoplasty. That procedure is too invasive to risk the results by skipping this process. I wish my Dr had recommended it, but I am very glad I found it on my own!!!
