How much water should I add to the outdoor fountain?

There is a removable panel at the bottom of the back of the product; as long as water doesn't overflow from there, it's fine. But please note, ensure that the water exceeds the height of the water pump to ensure the fountain operates smoothly.

Are the power cords for the water pump and lights completely waterproof? Can I place them inside the product?

Yes. But make sure to tighten the waterproof knobs. If you're not sure, feel free to ask us for an installation video

How durable are the materials in outdoor settings, especially in extreme temperatures?

Our products are handcrafted from durable resin, capable of withstanding any extreme weather conditions. Additionally, we offer an extended warran-ty period, so you can make your purchase with confidence.
