Very good quality and works great. Bought for buy mother who spend 80 percent of her time in bed because of a stroke. She doesn't get sore any more and is more comfortable. Have been using it for over a month so far, would recommend.

We bought this to put on top of a rented, single hospital bed to alleviate lower back / nerve pain due to a pelvic fracture. Sleeping was difficult due to pressure on the Psiatic nerve and this mattress did the trick! Reasonably priced and easy to set up. Very quiet. My mom liked the feeling of the intermittent air flow through the mattress and has slept well on this since we set it up.

This product is a Godsend for people who have back problems, are disabled, or in danger of, or have, pressure sores. I tried this product and I am very happy with it. This air mattress comes with an adjustable pressure punp, but that's not all... the air cushons will gradually adjust pressures at several points to relieve pressure points. I am amazed that such a fine product like this doesn't cost hundreds of dollars and I have a tip for new users. 1) To inflate set the pressure at max. Once inflated adjust it down about half way and sleep on it. You will want to adjust the pressure to the most comfortable setting, but give the unit 15 min to change. 2) Buy a soft cotton blanket and double it to lay on top so that your body is not in contact with the plastic surface. I suggest you sleep on each change you make until you find the one that is most comfortable. This is so easy to use and set up. You will be thrilled with your new sleeping expewrience.

Very hot to lay on. Setting on control not very accurate. Dose give the pain relief as described. Very easy to install.

This alternating air pressure matress works perfect for a few months then starts making clicking noise for a few months and the motor starts getting weak. Eventually it stops. alternating and can't keep you off your pressure areas. Update 1/29/26 I just ordered my 3rd set the first 2 sets the pump went bad. The mattress on the 2nd set would not hold any air. We tried multiple different pumps but the air would come out just as fast as it went in. So now ordering my 3rd set because the mattress I'm using b Now has too many little holes and it's also leaking from all the patches we put on holes. With all the problems we have with this mattress, I still believe it's the best alternating air pressure mattress for under $100.
