Carried meds thru the airport a day and did a good job. My personal opinion is not going more then 10-12 hours got cool at the end.

I've used this once on a trip out East. It held it's coolness for the duration. Travel time from mid-west to east coast about 10 hours. Seems durable and will last a while. Zipper seems solid.

Recently used this on a road trip and I didn't get the "up to" 6hrs of cool that the product description stated. Definitely fits two tirzepatide prefilled pens easily with one gel pack. It's pretty difficult to zip closed if both packs are frozen (no give) plus two pens. I had only one ice pack in it but I packed the whole case in a Costco cooler bag with refrigerated food for extra piece of mind, then placed into the rear cargo area of my SUV for the drive. Drive time was approximately 4.5hrs. did not open the cooler bag or pen case during that time. Weather temps along the drive were high 80s to mid 90s but AC was blasting in the car the whole time with the exception of one stop for gas for about 8 minutes. Promptly brought the bag inside at our end destination and unpacked it. The pens were not cold but maybe slightly cooler than room temp and gel ice pack was no longer solid. I did not want to put them back in the fridge for fear of ruining them (IYKYK). For context, the refrigerated foods that were also in the tote with the pen case were still coolish. I would only recomend one pen with both ice packs if youre expecting this to keep your injection cool to the 6 hour mark and even then it's probably a stretch. I'd only recommend this for 3 or 4 hours tops.
