We love these things we bought two and the best thing for me was that it actually stopped me from snoring. I’ve been able to remove my mouthguard that I purchased from ASD. Helping with snoring from sleep apnea, little more rest. When lying on side makes shoulder hurt thou. Slide down on it during the night. However, overall it does help.
