This was a second purchase of this book as the first one I bought is almost full, I've been using it daily for almost 6 months. It is so quick, in the morning you write down 3 things you are grateful for, 3 things that would make today great, and an affirmation. Before going to sleep you write down 3 things that were great about the day and something you learned. That's it, it really is 5 mins a day and definitely makes you feel more positive and realise all the great things in your life. The original one I bought was white so I went for a blue one this time, I will be buying another in 6 month's time once this one is full!

Great little book, aimed towards rich people
This is a great journal! So far i haven’t had any of the pages fall out like other people had issues with. It’s a great little book, well made (the cover is so soft) but i feel like it’s quite expensive for what it is. This is probably because it’s aimed at a richer population as you may notice if you actually read it. “i’ll reward myself with a ski trip with my significant other if i complete 5 days of this journal” comes to mind 😂 other than that, i definitely recommend buying this as it definitely makes you think, become more mindful and grateful of what you have, even if it’s not ski trips

Quality journal but more importantly consistent use will change your life!
I have used this product for about a month now but it is my second journal from Intelligent Change. Their products are super high quality, beautifully presented and well designed. The focus of this particular volume and the daily practice of gratitude has made a massive difference to me personally. Having the structure within the journal and being able to sit each morning and evening has lifted my mood and view from inches in front of my face to appreciate the rounded nature of my life massively. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great quality, I love the feeling of the pages when writing and the color is my favorite - blue.

Beautiful journal that actually gets you to journal!
While it is maybe a little on the pricey side (and if you ordered recently, the dates still say 2020 and there's a couple typos), it is actually beautifully made with lots of interesting info at the start. I was always put off from journaling because "what am gonna write? how do I start?" but the short daily questions in this really help. It's only a little effort and actually already quite rewarding after a week or so of writing. Because it looks nice, it also makes you want to use it daily. So all in all, worth it for me.

Inspiring
Excellent journal. I really love the opening chapters that help you to focus and the get the best out of it, and ideas to get you started. Only thing I’d change is the price, as it is quite pricey considering it’s a book where most of the content comes from the purchaser.

Best purchase I’ve made for self development
I was unsure about purchasing this at first as only god knows how many journals I have bought and not stuck to due to how much time some of them take to fill in! This is perfect for someone like me! I’ve really enjoyed filling this in! So much that I actually look forward to it! The beginning explains in so much detail about the journal and ways it can help and how to answer the questions. My favourite part is the affirmations. As someone who lacks confidence in themselves and suffers from anxiety it has made my days much more positive! It’s amazing how just these questions have helped me so much! The evening is great for reflection, overtime this has helped me look small things which made my day go well! £30 can be a lot for some on a journal. They do have a app available which is pretty much the same but on your phone of course which could be a better alternative! I’m so glad I bought this! It’s definitely worth the money! I definitely recommend to anyone that just wants something quick and easy to use!

Perfect for new journallers
This product is perfect for someone trying to get into journaling. It has lots of instructions to help you know what to think about and write each day. I’ve always struggled staying consistent with these, so having a product that only takes 5 minutes each day, really helps me to stay on top of it. This product stands out from others as it has extra motivational quotes and weekly challenges to complete. It’s much more than just a journal and that’s why it costs a bit more. Still good value for money and great for those who need a bit of help staying consistent, like me. Feels nice and sturdy as well, so I’m expecting it to last for the whole time I have it.

This product facilitates you to bring out the best…
Like many, I was searching for a mechanism to bring out the best in life, embracing the now, reflecting on the day and moving on to the next. There a ton of books out there, suggested journal templates and so on. It just so happened I had this book tucked away in a drawer doing nothing. After an accident, I needed a pick me up whilst I recovered and I decided to journal using this book. It’s been a game changer, not because of the quality of the book but purely because I’ve committed to highlighting what I appreciate, what will make the day great, what was great and what could make it better… it’s a good way to self reflect. I have no issue when it comes to business, hugely reflective, and love all of that but when it comes to personal life, i find it a challenge as subconsciously i do it but don’t bring it to light. This book helps me do that, create a good daily habit with little time required and i genuinely get excited about writing in the journal and jotting my thoughts down. Is this book expensive? Yes… Could I write this in a blank journal and continue? Yes… Would I buy this again? Yes… I like the format, the forced small amount of space to share thoughts is good and I’ve now bought my friend this as a gift to give it a go. He’s got a few challenging habits and a book like this should help him reflect. I would recommend but it’s really down to you. There’s a ton of journals out there so it’s really down to you to make the best of it.

Brought me a more positive outlook
Are you someone who does not have time to journal but wants to bring a more positive and grateful mindset everyday. Then this is for you. Try it! It really only takes 5 minutes. You can time it. It has two parts a morning section and night section. The morning has three entries and night has two entries to fill in. There are weekly challenges that show up on the pages that are fun but not too time consuming. For me I did it as the first thing in the morning BEFORE touching my phone. At night I was less strict and did it whenever it fit in my night schedule. My piece of advice is you can do it however you want as long as you do it everyday no matter if it’s a good day or a bad day. Personally it was a slow change, it was hard for me to come up with things to write but after two weeks I started to see my day differently. It was more positive and I felt more grateful for things. I noticed things in my day that should write down. Took time to enjoy them. There is a entry that says “what would make today great”. That for me was the hardest. I did not know what I could do that would make that day great. But it brought me more in tune with myself for that day and what I needed. Sometimes I wrote things down in that section and did not do them, other times I made sure to do all the things. It taught me a deeper more authentic version of self care. Doing things you need to do to feel better, more centered, happy etc. For example instead of “ go to the gym” it’s” if I move my body today” or instead of “ I will clean the kitchen today” it’s “ I will spend x amount of time cleaning my space today. It’s a small commitment to yourself for that day. It made me more kind to myself. Not an chore or something to dread doing. But a small commitment to better yourself. I know I read somewhere that’s you should be 1% better everyday and I believe this helps you do that. Good luck! In terms of quality it great. The cover, the pages the color. All great. Just like it’s pictured. However mine did start to fall apart after a couple months. I think this would make a great gift to yourself or someone else. As with most things if you don’t take it seriously ot can’t make the commitment it won’t help you.
