TOSOWOONG Zinc Oxide 10% Cream for Redness & Barrier, Rosacea Treatment

The zinc cream is not a cream -- it's an ointment. It's realllly thick, but it WORKS. My skin is really dry and lipid-deficient, yet also covered in acne, and so stubborn just about nothing works on it. This cream is genuinely so calming and nourishing, and my skin actually looks healthier after it's absorbed, which I've never seen a cream do. Here's the issue: this is for night time only. It's 10% zinc, so of course it leaves a cast. It's also super occlusive, and if you put on a lot then it can take hours to absorb. It takes a bit of effort to work into the skin, and doesn't like to mix with anything watery that hasn't completely absorbed yet. However, these inconveniences are well worth it for me because I've literally never encountered a cream like this in my life. Try it!

I (26) have literally stopped using every other skin care topical that I have. This stuff is fantastic. I purchased it initially to treat my redness. It does that very well. It also somehow promotes clear skin while simultaneously being very hydrating and soothing. I don’t know how it does both—but it does! My pores are noticeably smaller. I’ve gotten compliments from family. If you use a lot, it does leave a white cast. I use more at night and less in the mornings for that reason. Note I have fair skin, so the white cast may be more bothersome on other skin tones. I find that I can put makeup and powder over it like normal if I please. If I just go bare faced, sure I might look a little shiny. But it has made such a difference in my photo-sensitive skin! I will be purchasing again when I run out.

Big fan of this so far!! So I have normal but more oily skin that is kind of sensitive and reactive, I dont get a lot of acne but sometimes get cystic acne on my chin, and clogged pores/texture. The cystic pimples are annoying, and they take ages to go away, and hurt. I bought this cream to use as a spot treatment, as it is way too thick for me to use as an everyday cream (honestly even if you have very dry skin, it seems too thick!) And it works super fast on my cystic acne!! It also helps with not leaving a post-acne mark! I got a new cystic pimple right after ordering this funnily enough, using this cream it went away in 3-4 days and left no mark!! Highly recommend as a spot treatment, downside is it does leave a whitecast, so just make sure you rub it in well!! A little goes a long way, also if you leave a thin layer and dont run it in all the way, it can act as a mask over a cystic pimple and will absorb into your skin overnight!! I found that to be helpful too! I'm gonna try some of TOSOWOONG's other creams as spot treatments for different skin concerns too! Overall I definitely recommend this if you have cystic acne ^^

This is such a wonderful product and it helps with my rosacea. This is perfect for sensitive dry skin and also oily skin. Clean safe ingredients to use for all ages. It's a great price for the amount you get. Don't hesitate to buy this product, it's really helped with my red spots on my face.

Works overnight to help heal the skin barrier. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and did not have any issue with this. The texture is smooth, a little on the thick side. It inhibits bacteria, helps reduce acne irritation, and also doubles as a moisturizer. A little goes a long way, this tube will last me a while. This is also great for dry skin patches on the body as well, making this a rather versatile product.

I’ve been dealing with ongoing redness on both my cheeks for some time now. Not sure if it’s rosacea, but it’s been getting progressively worse. I bought this cream to see if zinc would be good to implement In my routine, and it’s finally the only thing that is helping! I suffer especially when heat or stress cause my redness to turn my face cherry red. I’ve been using this cream every night, with a cold compress mask for 20 minutes and the combo has been a life saver. It’s been a full week now, and I can safely say this is improving my skin barrier. I live in a desert climate where temps get to 115 degrees, and even with the heat this product is not too heavy to induce clogged pores or breakouts. I definitely recommend night time, so it absorbs and wake up with a better feeling face. Finally a product that helps!

Probably very good for some skin types but unfortunately it broke me out really bad. I have rosacea and really wanted this to be my holy grail, I'll continue my search.

So I’ve been using it for ten days because I had a horrible sbreakiut and skin damage from a serious cream I would use at night. This has helped my so much. I put it on before bed and my skin is visibly better than it was the day before, slowly clearing up. The cream is a out of a thick feeling it feels like you have a layer on and I little tacky but it’s honestly not that and just given how well this product has worked in just TEN DAYS. Each side profile is the first picture a before and the second picture the after and honestly you can see just a big difference and I thank this product for it.

I have lots of pinkness due to broken capillaries and sun damage. I saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. IT REALLY WORKS! I've only been using it 2 weeks, mostly at night only (it is super thick and leaves a white cast), but my skin is clearing up. I actually went out without foundation on today! Have bought two more. It's good stuff 👍

I love this product. Great price. It's easy to spread and doesn't look "white" on my skin, yet it protects my face against working outside in all weather and I go home with less rosacea at the end of my workday. I'm a gardener in Canada year round and this product I use daily. Recommend.

I see some reviewers saying this cream is too thick and clogging. As a rosacea sufferer, I find it very calming and nourishing. I will be ordering it again. A little goes a long way. I only need a smidge (half a pea, if that) for my nose and cheeks, and then spread it around. Best used as a night cream because it leaves a white cast. I also rub a little into the backs of my hands and find that my nails are stronger and longer.
