Review: Phenomenal product - This is by far one of the best products we bought for our home. It is super easy to put together and has clear instructions. It is also very easy to use and clean. My Hoover carpet cleaner randomly crapped out on me so this was the replacement. I ordered a used like new. No issues, all attachments accounted for! It definitely cleans better than the Hoover did. It even got some carpet stains that had been on the carpet for over a year that the old shampooer missed. It’s light, not any louder than any other carpet shampooer. It was easy to put together and use. My only complaint is when the dirty tank gets full of pet hair, it seems to mist/leak out the back of the machine, which is kind of gross.
