I ordered Kefir grains many times before. You want at least one of the cauliflower like more solid Kefir grains, so you can reliably reuse it and it remains in a strainer while the created creamy Kefir goes through . The 1 tsp of grains if it was even a tsp was broken up into tiny pieces. After straining 3 batches they have disintegrated and now I can't make kefir. What a waste of $18.
