sectional hose is no good

The vacuum itself is fine, but the hoses are no good. Ours lasted less than 1 season before they started to break into pieces. ~$200 just to replace the hose at the pool store ($80 on Amazon). Pool store folks say to expect needing to replace it annually. Wish I'd known that before I bought it.
