I've been taking these regularly and they've been easy to include in my daily routine. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I like that there are no fishy burps afterwards. However, if I stack this with my other supplements, sometimes a few fishy burps may occur. Overall, it feels like a good quality Omega-3 supplement.

Intense flowery smell is not what we need. Odour-less is what we need.
This product is "desi-fied" with intense smell of some flower / incense sticks. Here people have the wrong notion that a bad odour can be nullified with a perfume smell but in actuality, they simply get mixed up. It would have been much better if they made it odour-less. Will not buy again, I bought this because just like every good product in Amazon, the Swisse fish oil has become unavailable.

I will not reccomend this product because I have my own reasons. 1 st reason it gives fishi burps with mintii flavour. 2nd it create lot of gas as well stomach upsetness. 3rd I have bought three bottles n i am reviewing after a using it for a long... I have not seen any significant results with this product. Neither skin benefits nor joint relaxation or etc. The strength is good if it's not benefitting it's useless. I have nothing against the brand but it is what it is..
