Easy, safe, goes a long way
Was using Ikea’s danish oil product for my kitchen counter but ran out. Bought this as a replacement. Worked very well to reseal the counter. I decided to also try on an interior door that had been stripped and not varnished. It was very dry and brittle looking and I’d been trying to decide whether to varnish or just repaint it. I put on a coat of the oil (using a cloth) and much soaked straight in. A second coat started to show some real difference and it’s matured over a week now. It probably needs a 3rd coat to be finished and the door is a battered original from 1901 (and not as quality as it seemed before it was stripped). Looks lots better, better than it would varnished too. Am planning on doing the other doors that similarly were stripped. And after a full coat on the counter and two on a door the bottle is still 3/4 full. The cloth method seems to work well though you get a lot on your hands. I found it safe to use, it didn’t irritate my hands and didn’t leave residue. The smell is neither pleasant or unpleasant. It doesn’t affect me like VOC fume paints do. Recommended for value, ease of use and doing the job.

Excellent produit
Excellent produit !
