It kept drinks cold for 12+ hours with no ice, and was of course, adorable. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Many of the reviews that show the image scratching off of the outside of the cup were ABSOLUTELY washed improperly. For washing the inside of the cup, wash normally. For washing the outside of the cup, DO NOT use ANYTHING scratchy on the exterior. Ideally, you should only really need to rinse the outside, or put some soap on it and rub it with your hands to get off any grime. If necessary, ONLY USE THE SOFT PART OF THE SPONGE ON THE OUTSIDE. It is common sense that you should not use something scratchy on a transfer image (despite the fact that the image is in fact, very high quality and can withstand quite a bit.)
