Pricey but good quality salt that has a great taste. Bought due it being more suitable for those with high blood pressure.

Once I started looking into different types of salt, I noticed a lot of people recommending Celtic, and Himalayan salt which is (from Pakistan, not the Himalayas, they're decent, but after trying Redmond, I found it noticeably more flavourful. It also has no added chemicals which is important for the young, especially the older generation, whose bodies become more vulnerable with age 👍

My absolutely gorgeous to salt, I have been using it for years. 1 bag last me (2 adults) about 2 years. Although this is not cheap I firmly believe this is the best salt available.

Great taste and so much better than table salt. If the bag arrives with salt blocks, just bash them to produce the salt. No biggie. One thing, if you only use Redmond Real Salt with your food, supplement your body with a drop of iodine in your coffee, as this salt doesn't have the all-important iodine.

I don't know how to explain, but you gotta try it to understand it. It's salt, but it taste different than salt. It tastes as good saltiness, while feels more gentle, tender, in a bit layers of tasting. If I really have to describe it, it's like: - For maths/science guru, normal table salt is like a square wave, just turn saltiness on. This salt, however, is like a beautiful sine wave. - For audiophile, normal table salt is like a normal below 30 pounds/euro headphone, you get the sound, as you just get the saltiness. This salt is like swapping to an over 300 pounds/euro or more monitor headphones, with extra details surfacing up in the experience which are not discovered before. - For musicians, like some master said "vibrato is not just switching on and off" - For artists, normal table salt is like massive copycat of so called art, or AI or collage or splashing that thousands of artists doing the same and still sold in galleries, just for decorations and for the sake of as if there's art just being there. This salt is like more mature artists with deeper expression and philosophy in the art piece. - For coders and geeks, table salt is like codes just written for the sake of closing the dirty tasks for once, even hardcoding variables. Ok, so this salt is awesome. Some of these reviews are absolutely hilarious. There’s no sand in this, there’s minerals and silica that do not dissolve. Silica, like calcium is necessary for bone formation and maintenance, which means it could help stave off osteoporosis. It can also prevent aluminum from building up in the body, and high aluminum levels are a potential risk factor for Alzheimer’s. Yeah it’s gritty, it’s unrefined SEA SALT from the SEA. (Someone wrote this product is misleading as it doesn’t come from the sea and it’s pink salt. LOL. Read a page or two before you spew. It comes from an ancient seabed deep beneath Central Utah. Ahh, the sea!! Most salts in the stores use anti caking agents and other garbage, and are filled with micro plastics. You buy Redmond products because you research what you eat, you understand the toxins in most grocery store products and last of all because you research and care about what you can control going into your body. I use salt immediately when I wake up, add it to EVERY meal and take 1g pre workout 1g post workout. Electrolytes and minerals baby. This salt is awesome.
