3.7/5 ⭐️ the headband is incredibly comfortable and the sound quality is great! it charges fast (~2 hrs if dead) the main problem, however, is that it fits really loose. it slides off my head often. i use it to fall asleep, so it's bearable, but it might be a problem if you're using it for exercise. it can be helped by using pins, though overall, i like the product, and it's great overall, but i wish it was smaller

I bought this to help drown out my boyfriend’s snoring. It works so well and then some. It’s comfortable, it keeps a good battery, it’s light on my head where I can’t even feel it when I’m sleeping, buttons work as they should. I love it! I no longer have to venture to the couch in the middle of the night. My only worry is that I won’t hear an intruder and my boyfriend will have to fight them off while I sleep peacefully.

does rhe job and does it well for the price! the only annoying thing is when the speakers move and the noise cancellation isn’t great but i use this for things on a soft low volume and its honestly great!!

UPDATE: 01/18/24 - Wow, is all I can say. The product I chose did not do what I had hoped it would do, and thought it would do based on the initial product description. I am telling you the post-customer service I experienced is beyond EXCEPTIONAL. I would have been happy just getting my refund and sending the product back as consumers often have to do. But, they reached out and we communicated back and forth in an extraordinarily timely manner, talk about prompt, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They recommended a different product based on what I was looking for and offered to ship it to me FREE at no additional upcharge for the new product. Not only that but they told me not to worry about shipping the original one back. I just cannot express the customer service excellence I experienced with this company. I was NOT looking for anything free, just going to return and get a refund. I will share this experience with many and talk about how this company is reviving service and not just because I was able to upgrade for free, again I had planned to just send the original back and be done and be happy. I would highly recommend this company based on the customer service experience alone. I am grateful. Thank you I bought this for the sole purpose of sleeping in drown-out noise. I do understand these are NOT noise-canceling, but I thought they would be better than they are. This may be a good product for other things like housekeeping or running etc but if you are looking to sleep in this, I would not recommend it at all. The speakers don't fit over the ears right, my head is not terribly large or small, but it was awkward. The fabric is so thin that the speakers are not padded which hurts terribly if you are a side sleeper.

I love these, I got a second pair because I lost them on vacation. This has helped me improved my sleep at night. Very comfortable to sleep with. Zero issues! The volume you control. I can hear everything crystal clear.
