Excellent radon fan and very quiet!
This fan works very well and is much quieter than I expected. A lot of reviews complained about it being noisy but I totally disagree! I measured a 50dB sound level at roughly 2 meters from the fan. It is ultra quiet for the amount of air it moves! Mine is installed in my crawl space and vents to the outside. The volume of air exiting it does make some noise at the output of the pipe but that’s to be expected… and it is outside. The wiring is a simple 3 wire connection. Excellent product and highly recommend!

Works very well and we saw quick results!!
Installed on existing vent pipe. Within 2 days radon level dropped from 10.1 to 1.1. Very little vibration likely due to the existing vent piping itself, as the unit is very quiet. The included monitor was easy to install, but, difficult to set up. I had to reinsert the included battery many times before it cycled correctly and began working. Overall, a very good radon venting system!

A must have if you have radon
My house had radon levels of 2.5 - 4.0 and to be on the safe side I installed this radon fan. Now my radon levels are 0.16-1.05

From 4.8 radon readinga it dropped to <.03. Very good product.

Horrible, deceiving and misleading description of specs on this item
When ordering the description says its for moderate to tight soils but it doesn’t tell you its only rated for 110 CFM. Thats all good for a new construction home or used as a secondary radon system. My house is a 50’s built farm house and is almost 3500 square ft upstairs and down stairs finished basement. Dont make the same mistake as me ordering this thinking this is the right system to initially installing as the main system

It doesn't work
We bought this expensive system as an alternative to an installer. Everything was done right. Our radon actually went up... by ALLOT. On top of that this fan is very loud. A mitigation company wants to use their own equipment. They will not touch this one. Whatca waste of $$

Missing parts
I bought this open box and a lot of parts were missing from the box. By the time I got the contractor to install, it was past the return window. Not the best of experience
