HOMELEX Pirate Tricorn Hat for Adults Halloween Costume

This was for a Disney princesses brunch and was pretty decent for the price. It’s actually really sturdy, which I didn’t expect. The material is softer on the inside of the hat, and the outside was weathered to make it look realistic. We expected this to be a one and done, but this hat is going to last quite awhile.

This is a passably quality hat for anyone who wants to try to be on the starting point of the next great fad in male headwear but doesn’t want to spend a lot of money! Looks great from a distance, but could be sized bigger as a “one size fits all” for a manly dome like mine!

Bought this in October of 2025 for a Halloween costume and when it arrived the back snap had separated from the fabric but I was able to glue it back on. Using it today for a Pirate costume party, a second snap came off of the exterior fabric. Other than the annoyance of snaps the hat is fine and sturdy. I wear a 7 5/8 hat, and it fits snuggly.

Hat looks pretty cool and fits well, but it was delivered with one side of the snap missing from one corner, so it wasn’t folded up the way it should be. I looked for it in the box to fix it myself, but it was not there. A little disappointed.l about that.

Great hat for any pirate. Adjustable rim flaps and comes pre-shaped but can be bent to fit you style. I would purchase again. I bought the larger size so my dreads would fit too.

Came in a nice big box so the hat kept its shape!

Dose fit a large head and would have been nicer if the side flaps were attached but I’m sure you could pin them or something

Its alright. The full size of the have is small to a medium ("about half the size in the pictures") but it seems like it would fit a XL hat size. So its portions are weird.

This hat is not good quality. I would not recommend it.

The picture and description lead one to believe that this felt Tricorn hat is a quality item. It is not. I was expecting a hat with thicker FELT, not the type that bends sharply and is in danger of splitting when the snaps are put in place. It is definitely not worth the price paid. You can get something like this for much less at a dollar store. Not recommended. EDIT: I just noticed that the VINE CUSTOMER REVIEWS are all 5 star and positive about this hat; many other non-Vine verified purchasers have very different views. The VINE CUSTOMER REVIEWS are skewing the ratings.
