OKeeffes Hardworking Body Lotion, 12 oz Pump, Fragrance-Free Formula

I work in a jail and wash my hands about 2 times an hour. As you can imagine, it drys your hands out pretty quick. I love this stuff and I'll tell you why. It's not greasy. It drys fairly quick with no residue. It's the only lotion that hasn't left a greasy film. I love it. No marks on paperwork and no slipping keys. I have some form of Eczema on both my hands so I get stubborn dry spots that itch and crack. O'Keefe's heals up my broken skin in a couple days. I never found another brand that does that. The scent is very mild. I don't even notice it. It must taste good because my dog loves licking it off my hands every time I use it. Lol. It lasts forever. I don't remember when I bought this container and it's still going strong. I use it every night before bed and after washing my hands if I was working in the yard or getting dirty. I have the pump one at home and 2 squeeze bottles in my desk drawer. The Nurses always steal it so I guess they approve too. I highly recommend this for anyone who struggles with moisture of their hands. The value is excellent. You get a lot of product for the price.

Fantastic for dry hands getting washed frequently throughout a dry winter. Good on body too. It is NOT non-comedogenic, and has caused a breakout every time I've gone against my better knowledge and put it on my face/nose from blowing it frequently too. It's clear it's not intended for face, and it will clog pores, but it does a great job of moisturizing and holds that moisture for a good while. It takes a LONG time to absorb. I'm wringing my hands for a good minute after putting on, and frequently have to rub it onto/into my arms as a single pump just takes a long time to absorb. It does absorb well, and only feels greasy if your hands get wet with it on or while it's first applied and drying. I've found it great for hands, or dry skin on body (mostly have just used it on my arms though when too much is dispensed in a pump for my hands) which just doesn't have the opportunity to 'catch up' to jobs requiring frequent hand washing, physical labor tasks that are rough on skin and leave it dry, or on otherwise healthy and resilient skin that needs occasional heavy moisture. Due to the pore clogging and breakouts (I don't get zits otherwise) I do still prefer 'Eucerin Original' for 'healthy' (it's petroleum-based so I really don't know how healthy that is) heavy moisturizing as it's less irritating on skin and helps heal redness or eczema better, or CeraVe moisturizing cream when I need moisture, but not oily looking skin. That's good for maintaining a matte face as well as very dry body skin, or if I know I would be sweating after application. O'Keeffe's is still a staple that I keep and frequently use at the office though, where I have to wash my hands ~1x/ hour. Applied directly after washing, it really locks in the moisture and my hands are able to not crack or suffer chronic dryness and redness like past winters. You do feel it coming off with water if getting hands wet again or when washing after applying. I would highly recommend it!

Good for a regular hand/body lotion. I prefer the overnight version when my hands feel really dry. This version is more watery. The pump works well and the lotion doesn’t irritate my skin.

One of the best hand lotions out there. I have several different versions of O’Keefe’s both the daytime lotion and the nighttime lotion. My skin gets so incredibly dried out during the winter months due to the cold air outside and the heat being on and off in the house. So I really need good lotion that keeps me moisturized, absorbs well and that’s not overly greasy. O’Keefe’s always here does the job!

My skin is some of the most dry on planet earth. It isn't a recent development... I recall in 2nd grade, a girl at my table asked me if it hurt. I said 'does what hurt?' And she said Your Hands... they look like Alligator Skin. Fast forward to 2026. I'm 58 now. And still an Alligator. O'Keeffe's products - across the board - have helped me improve the quality of my life, especially in the winter. Chapped, cracked hands, elbows or feet are very, very painful, and are like open cuts. I found O'Keefe's Lotions, Creams and the specialized Working Hands & Foot Creams. This product (the review) is a pump lotion. It's easier to spread, or rub in, than the creams - excellent for larger areas, like torso, arms and legs. I use one of the 'Healing' Creams for my lower legs - as its thicker and lasts longer with pants and socks. You should invest a little, try several of their products, find the ones specifically that you love, and stick with them. I do, and will always stick with O'Keeffe's unless they do something different. Perfect as is. Take Care.

I like this brand and have been using their handcreams for a while, very hydrating and worth every penny, so i decided to get it in a big size, but i noticed the consistency is lighter, and not as hydrating. I wont be purchasing this size again and i'll stick to the small size.
