If I wear a 7 in jean shorts, what size should I get?

I'm a sz 6 in misses, size 7 in juniors stretch denim, which these are..the medium were too large so I returned. I ordered a size small so if the Luvamia seller is honest with their waist and hip measurements, the small should fit perfectly. My first pair were received within one week. The second pair is coming from China and hasn't even been shipped yet and it's been 2 wks :/
