Wonderful knife especially for the price
Bought this after a review online recommended it as a hidden gem.Have to say not disappointed at all.Lovely sharp edge, good grip for general kitchen use.Have recommended to several people since and will explore the Mercer range further to save my more expensive knives from the family!

Really good all-purpose knife after years with dull knives this was a really welcome purchase to my kitchen. Really practical it's sharp as a razor. Love it. Had it some months now was getting a bit dull. 2 or 3 wipes on a sharpener file and hey presto like a razor again.

Nice Budget-Friendly Knife
This is a nice chef's knife with a really comfortable handle that feels nice to use. Reasonably sharp though nothing incredible in that department.If you don't have a chef's knife this is a reasonable budget-friendly option.If you have a bit more to spend; probably get a Victorinox instead.

Excellent value
This knife is brilliant for the price. Very ergonomic, a pleasure to use, and comes pretty sharp out the box. Easy to re-sharpen and the edge holds pretty well - the only mishap so far is misadventure with the side of a ceramic plate (and I challenge you to find a knife that would survive that without chipping!)

An above average chef's knife
A good knife in the start but the edge started to fade as went along. Has good built and feel good while gripping. The grip is of good design and fits very well in hands. Typical chef's knife design to function so that you can have rocker movement for cutting.
