Defective item received. Within return window no replacement support provided
I received a camera that doesn't work. Is still within return n replace window. The chat window that opens on selecting replace doesn't provide any resolution other than technical trouble shooting. Amazon and vendor no one is reachable. finally call gets connected on the last day of eligible returns, and they refuse to acknowledge 6 days of chat history. And Amazon declined to replace, even though within return /replace window.Not worth buying, based on the terrible customer service interface

Great camera all-around!
Great camera!I had to upgrade from my old camera system because my ISP changed modems, this new Wyze camera is amazing! It's pretty clear, sound is great, and it's super super easy to set up. No issues whatsoever!Just a note: the micro USB port is covered by a silicon sleeve, that sleeve can be taken off in case you're using a different micro USB cable (I bought a longer right-angle one, 6-feet isn't long enough).
