Great for a walkway, and not bright enough to disturb the neighbors.
Not as bright as I'd hoped, but they do provide a nice aesthetic. The light reflection on the ground is a great display and decent enough for the sidewalk.

Excellent.
They include batteries, they flicker to simulate movement and look fantastic. They aren't solar-powered, they do have a solar-sensor to automatically turn on when the sun is down.
