I've owned a EMS belt in the past but that one was bulky, hard to clean once done, and hard to find replacement gel pad, so eventually I stopped using it. Having said that it was useful and I do feel my belly getting firmer after a few weeks use. These ones seems to be the cheaper and improved version of the belt I used to own so I decided to give it another go, and they really work in a similar way as before, so I am happy to have bought the same thing with a fraction of cost.More imprtantly, the entire device is cheaper than the replacement gel pads for my EMS belt, so I'd just replace the device once the gel pads had lost stickiness. There is added bonus of tricep toner but I don't really use themThe only complaint I have is that, because there is no belt the abdominal device can sometimes fall down after wearing for a while.

I quite like this.
I have been using this for about a week now, I quite like this .. felt like you've been doing some hardcore sit ups. This is not a fat burning solution, it mainly targets on tightening your muscles, the kit has a number of modes and intensity workouts, so is a good to have kit if you don't have time to tone up yourself... good stuff!!

Good muscle stimulator
I was thinking of keeping fit without exercising. When I stick the pads on my body, it does not give me unpleasant feeling nor irritate my skin. The product has 6 modes and 10 types of intensity. I am impressed as I clearly feel my muscles get a bit tense after using it. I believe it will give a positive outcome after a few weeks .

Great product. Good invention. A lot of potential.
I have a disability after a motor bike accident, I can’t train weights which is all I used to do. This has helped me so much, a ten min session after no gym for 16 months I feel so good and my muscles are pumped and I can feel a good ache. This product has so much more potential as well, the ability to add more pads for different parts of your body. Overall is very effective and clean well thought out product. Thankyou.
