I have used something like these at our local YMCA pool. So I purchased these to use at home for my water workout. They work very well. The strap keeps me from losing them when I loosen my grip or change activities with them. They are a really nice quality. Would definitely recommend them.

My pool aerobics class is well attended and often runs out of water weights--so I bought my own. These are a great color and provide just the right amount of resistance for my strength level. The hand strap is a nice feature to the design. Hand grip is just right in terms of size and padding.

I'm new to water aerobics, I've only used the water weights offered in the class. I purchased these to make the work out more productive, and they are awesome. I bought the lg, and the x large. I'm starting with the large, and can't wait to work my way up to the x large. The grip is a perfect fit for my hands. They are very durable and ready to use right out of the package. Love them.

I’m impressed with its quality. Very buoyant so a good workout in the water. The strap allows you to attach to your foot.

The wrist bands are hard plastic...not all that comfortable. I thought they would be elastic. Just a suggestion

These worked great! They do provide a great amount of resistance.

The product is pretty large which equates to a higher weight when using it in the water. If you are a beginner you may want a smaller size. These were assembled when I got them which is nice because another brand I bought needed me to put them together. Not that I couldn’t do it, just concerned about performance. I have used these daily I. A salt water pool, they still look brand new

Excellent product

Very happy with my purchase. I had taken an aquafit class and wanted some dumbbells for my pool at home. These might be a bit larger than those used at the pool but I love them. Used them every day and look just like new.
