is it safe to use indoor if we have dogs at home?

Definitely! Our Hyoola Tealight Citronella candles are made with natural citronella and are DEET free! You can be sure it is safe to use around your dogs or any pets in particular since it is chemical, lead, and metal-free. You can use the candles as long as you use them in areas where your pets can not reach the candles or use specific holders that prevent them from touching them. Use these candles to keep your home, your family, and your pets safe from mosquitos and gnats.

Do the candles help with fruit flies?

Yes, it repels fruit flies since citronella overwhelms the scent which attracts them and keeps them away. Not only that, but the candles also repel annoying mosquitoes and other flying insects. These candles give a warm ambiance when used indoors while protecting you and your loved ones. If you need a longer burn time or candles to be used outdoors, check our 5-hour outdoor fire bowl candle (B07PY54K87), and the 30-hour large citronella candle outdoor bucket (B07Q8JCX9N).

How wide are the candles?

The candles are 1.5 inches wide, equivalent to just under 4 centimenters.

Do these help keep bees away too?

I'm not sure, but have been using them for years and they seem to keep any kind of flying insect away; one tea candle burns up to four or five hours.......according to where they are placed.
