I just received mine and I bought it for a Samsung note 8. The problem is that my phone has a protection and because of the protection will not fit

Then shake the mount in your hand. Most often it may look like the case is not securely fixed but it will be impossible to make the item lose the case even while shaking wildly :) If that does not work for you, just contact us directly and we will make it right.
