added level of flavor over basic chili crisp oil. You may not like it so look at ingredients
I like it, and will probably order again. I have the mildest option. I dont mind heat, but I figured I would start with a mild version. It has a little warmth, not hot. Though that may depend on how much is used. I dont use much at a time. There is a layer of flavor present that is not in typical chili crisp oils. Take a look at the ingredients and you will see why. The cinnamon, cardamom and star anise add an earthy, warm spicy. I like it a lot. BUT if you are just wanting a straight heat from typical chili crisp oils (usually just peppers, garlic and shallot), then you may not like the added depth of flavor. I find it unique, interesting, and enjoy having it as an option. I also keep a jar of regular chili crisp oil in my fridge alongside it. I grab whatever I am in the mood for. I often use this Redbloom oil.. I just really like the added punch of flavor. Think I will go with their next level of heat. I like that it uses avocado oil. I used to not pay attention to what oil was used in these jars, and now I am avoiding most oils. SO old ones will be used up, and so long as I continue to like this, I will be continuing with it as my chili crisp oil. I like using it on sardines, salmon, eggs. I no longer eat pasta, but def would have used this on noodle bowl night of the past. I dont rate on price. It is reasonable to me. It is in line with other chili crisps.

Can’t recommend this enough!
Redbloom’s chili oil stands out for its fantastic consistency, offering a satisfying, crunchy texture that adds a premium feel to every bite. The "kick" is all about that deep, savory umami depth rather than just pure heat, making it incredibly versatile for anything from breakfast bowls to late-night snacks. It’s excellent value for money because it swaps out cheap seed oils for high-quality ingredients like avocado and MCT oil, which makes it a rare find that is actually good for gut health and easy on digestion. If you want a flavorful pantry staple that feels as good as it tastes, this is a brilliant choice!

Worth it for the clean ingredients
Delicious chili oil with clean ingredients. It has a good level of heat, no leakage, and works perfectly for dishes like the viral carrot ribbon salad. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality and ingredient list make it worth it. I like the texture, the flavor, and how versatile it is.

Dopamine is spicy but not ridiculous. Needs more “crunch”
I bought this because it is a low sodium chili crunch product. I don’t know or (care?) about the gut health properties since in use a relatively small amount. I ordered the mild but they sent me the hot “dopamine” flavor. I tried it anyway and it’s great. It definitely has spice, but it’s very reasonable. Comparison to momofuku chile crunch: Spice level of dopamine is very similar or slightly spicier than momofuku. The flavor is brighter and sweeter than momofuku. There is substantially less “crunch”, and more oil than momofuku. It has 28 vs momofuku 45 mg of sodium per serving. I prefer it over momofuku, but the cost is a fair bit more. I can usually get momofuku for about 60% of the cost. If they sold it for $10, I would be all over it. I use it for fish tacos with sour cream, eggs burgers, all sorts of stuff.

Tasty, healthy, satisfying spice level
I am glad that a chili oil without seed oils exists and tastes so good. It also has mushrooms, garlic and other fairly healthy ingredients that are all organic, so I am really impressed with how healthy and tasty they made this. This is pretty much my mainstay for any Asian food I make personally. I prefer the flavor even to the competitors that use seed oils. Has a pretty significant amount of heat, but not so much that you can only use a little. It is a nice blend between hot and flavorful. It does kind of thicken up after you put it in the fridge after opening, so you'll want to stir it up to make sure you get all the crispy bits and not just congealed avocado oil. I strongly recommend this chili oil.

Nah.
I had high hopes for this stuff - an organic version of chili crisp, no seed oils - sounded good. Unfortunately, at the first taste, the oil tasted bitter, and the flavor of the crispy part lacked *something* — perhaps “spark”. I chucked the whole jar, and went back to Amazon to order my old fav chili crisp, the one with the “seriously disappointed dad” on the label (you know the one). Sure it’s not organic, but it actually tastes good.

Great taste!
Really impressed with this one. The taste is rich and authentic without being overpowering, and you can tell the ingredients are clean and high quality. The consistency is spot on too, not too oily, not too dry, with the perfect balance of crunch to oil. It adds texture and flavor without overwhelming the dish. Definitely my new go-to.

Mild and flavorful. Perfect.
The oil is mild with just a small amount of heat that slowly builds, just like it should. Flavor is ever so slightly sweet and still spicy. IMO, it's the perfect chilli crisp oil, not too hot, not overpowering flavor. A good complement to eggs, roasted potatoes, grits, hot dogs, roasted veggies, pasta and many many other dishes.
