## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many pancakes does the basic directions make, 1 cup mix and 3/4 cup water?**
A: I use a half cup which makes 3 small pancakes

**Q: Is it a good idea to use cold water with this pancake mix?**
A: I do and have had no issue.   I usually mix 1/4 cup Kodiak with 1 egg, 1 Tbsp baking powder and 1 Tbsp water (usually cold) - mix then make pancakes, delish! Makes 3 good size cakes with these measurements.

**Q: Can this be prepared ahead of time for the morning?**
A: I would actually make the pancakes and refrigerate them.  The mix itself changes consistency and may be problematic left overnight.

**Q: Can you use the box mix to make it in a mug like the power cups?**
A: I imagine so. But ive never tried it.

These are the best pancake mixes I have have every used. They make nice thick fluffy pancakes, and crispy waffles. I have seen these everywhere, so I tried it and I love these. It smells and tastes so and I only put two ingredients! Will be buying more again. Just try them!
