Product info tech details says 'product dimensions 100x20x15 cm'. product desc says 'dimensions: 580x290mm' which is 58cm x 29 cm. which is correct?

Thank you for your question. The dimensions of this dolly trolley are 290mm x 580mm and 110mm high.

Would this trolley be suitable to move a washing machine?

As long as the capacity of the trolley is high enough for the washing machine then this should be fine. Please ensure you evenly spread the weight across the trolley and 2 persons would be more suitable.
