I've never had a need to return, so delicious; but the product description state return and refund is available. Amazon is showing is the vendor, I believe.

Poor storage, melted chocolates

I love these cookies but I was so disappointed. The biscuits were stuck together because the chocolate melted. These were not stored/shipped properly. Not worth the price to be stuck with a bunch of melted chocolate biscuits. Just buy it at the store.
